How to stay healthy? Simple, everyone can do it。

Watch what you eat daily, exercise regularly and live a routine life。

First, have a healthy diet。 Many experts suggest to have a full breakfast, a quality meaning nutritious lunch and a light dinner。

   Stay away from junk food, sodas or any sugary drinks and instant noodles。 (I really don't understand why so many people are addicted to eating instant noodles for regular meals。

   I know they are easy to make but they are hazardous to people's health。 I've heard of a horror story about a man losing all his hair after several years of eating instant noodles。

Second, exercise regularly。 I've found that walking is the best exercise to shed excess pounds and simple to follow。

   If you can walk 3 kilometers a day and 5 days a week, you will feel the difference。 Doing house chores is another good way of exercising according to my parents。

   Of course that is their way of getting me to do tedious work around the house。

But for the sake of our health, we need to get up and move more often。

Third, live a routine life。 That means eat at regular time, get up early and go to bed before 11pm。

These steps sound simple and cliche。

   But many people find it hard to keep up with such lifestyle, including myself。 Still we have to remember this, we live only once and our lives depend on our health。
